Barrot, NXC pick up wins at MITS State Meet

- Lexa Barrot of Northville won the girls 1,600 meters in 4:57.98 and was part of her team's US#3 distance medley relay (12:08.30). 

- The Oak Park boys (Motor City TC) ran the US#1 time of 3:32.78 in the sprint medley relay.

- Anna Jefferson of Oak Park (Motor City TC) won the 400 meters in 55.52 seconds.

- Khance Meyers of East Kentwood (Grand Rapids Track) won the 200 meters in 21.72 seconds.

- Kentre Patterson of East Lansing ran 7.96 seconds to win in the 60-meter hurdles.

- Donovan Johnson of Detroit Cass Tech ran 6.84 in the 60 dash, good for US#8.

- Sekayi Bracey of East Kentwood (Grand Rapids Track) sped to victory in the girls 60 dash with 7.54 seconds. She also won the long jump with 18-6.50.

- The Oak Park (Motor City TC) girls ran 3:51.99 to win the 4x400 relay.

- Nathan McKeown of Hesperia won the high jump at 6-10. 

- Landon Kemp from Greenville won the pole vault with a clearance at 13 feet.
